3. Moms are also surprised when others take the upper hand so to speak and decorate an area just for her. Be it candles and other small items, Moms love to see that others have taken note.

4. When choosing an item for mom, if the item is a set, why not get the set and then if it requires installing, just do it for her. Maybe she wanted special towel racks in an area of the home, Buy them and then just install them for her and see if she notices. If she does not notice by days end, then point it out to her. The surprise will still be there.
